Use the following guidelines when creating your design:

• File Requirements for Thermography and Accessory Items (boxes, bags, napkins, etc.) - Click Here

To upload your file:

• Choose "Upload Your Own Art" from the product page.
• Login to your personal account, if you have not done so already.
• Specify your product options.
• Click on the "Upload Your Artwork" button.
• Find and upload your file.
• ONLY upload artwork for ONE order at a time. DO NOT upload all of the artwork at once. Example: If you have two orders for napkins and they each have their own artwork, choose your product specifications for the first order. Then upload your art file for that order. After uploading, add product to your shopping cart. Repeat the steps for a second product.
